Ordering
All merchandise may be ordered through our secure website
at www.swplastic.com,
or via email at sales@swplastic.com,
or you can fax your order toll free at 1-800-942-2010.
Our friendly, trained sales representatives will be
happy to assist you. All orders are quoted in U.S. dollars.
Minimum order is $35.00. For your protection, an order
confirmation will be sent out via e-mail. A follow-up
call may take place, if questions exist regarding the
order. We are open from 7:30AM to 5:30PM CST Monday
- Friday.

We accept PayPal™, Visa®,
MasterCard®, Discover® and American Express®. Signed
purchase orders are accepted from educational,
government, and approved customers only. To establish
credit you must submit a completed credit
application. You may also request an application
by emailing sales@swplastic.com
or calling our customer service department at
1-800-325-3628. Upon credit approval, the invoice
amount is payable in full within 30 days from
the invoice date. For customers that pay in advance
with a check, cashier's check or money order,
please be sure to include shipping charges and
allow 2 business days for processing before shipment
can be made.

Shipping
All approved, in-stock, items will be shipped within
24 hours. We use UPS for our basic delivery anywhere
in the contiguous United States. Heavy/bulky packages
will be shipped by truck and may require additional
shipping charges. The shipping charges provided through
our on-line shopping cart are estimated charges, actual
freight costs will be billed. Alaska, Hawaii and international
customers, please call for a quote. Upon request we
will ship your order Next Day or Second Day, please
call for quote.
Nationwide Distribution
Stock orders ship from distribution centers strategically
located to ensure prompt delivery from coast to coast. For customer pick-up please call (1-800-325-3628) two hours in advance to place your order.

Freight / Damage Claims
Inspect shipments for shortages and/or damages before
signing the delivery receipt. Notate on the signed freight
bill any shortages or visible damages and notify the
freight carrier’s claim department within 24 hours
of receipt.
Return Policy
Return request must be made within 30-days of receiving
the merchandise. No returns accepted after the 30 day
time period. Merchandise returned must be in new condition
for resale and all the freight and insurance cost to
return the merchandise must be prepaid by the customer.
Returned merchandise requires a return authorization
number which can be received by calling Customer Relations
Department (1-800-986-2002). The return authorization
number must be printed on the returned address label.
No returns will be accepted without an authorization
number. Only full box increments are returnable. After
acceptance and inspection of the returned merchandise,
credit will be given for the merchandise and a 20% restocking
fee will apply. Custom or specially ordered merchandise
cannot be returned for credit.

Warranty
The written warranty of the manufacturer is the only
warranty applicable. No other warranty is expressed
or implied.
